Comment                NAME, COMMENT, RECURSE/K

The Comment command allows you to add comments to all selected entries, or
to edit existing comments.  The maximum length of a comment is 79
characters.  If any directories are selected to comment, the
 Recursive Filter  will be used to determine which files will be commented.
